2nd Grade"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 1st &amp; 2nd grade VikeSpikes program focuses on teaching the basic fundamental skills of volleyball over an 8-week session.\u00a0 These will be led by one of our Master Coaches, with the assistance of parent coaches, and will focus on the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Having fun and enjoying the game<\/li>\n<li>Hand-eye coordination drills<\/li>\n<li>Footwork<\/li>\n<li>Beginner over the net drills<\/li>\n<li>Motor skill development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Cost: \u00a0<\/strong>$50 (tshirt included (Note &#8211;
